Tulane edge rusher Jordan Norman will transfer to Tennessee football, adding depth to new defensive coordinator Jim Knowles' unit.
Norman acknowledged his commitment to the Vols on Instagram. The 6-foot-4, 249-pounder is from Hoover, Alabama. He will be a junior in the 2026 season with two seasons of eligibility remaining.
Tennessee will be Norman's third school. He was a three-star signee in the 2023 class for South Alabama, spending two seasons there, including a redshirt year.
He transferred to Tulane for the 2025 season, where he had 28 tackles, eight tackles for loss and six sacks. That included four tackles in the Green Wave's loss to Ole Miss in a first-round College Football Playoff game.
At South Alabama, he had 25 tackles, four tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and two quarterback hurries in 2024.
Tennessee has added 10 players from the portal: Norman, Kansas State safety Qua Moss, LSU offensive tackle Ory Williams, Auburn cornerback Kayin Lee, Louisville kicker Cooper Ranvier and Oklahoma State wide receiver Gavin Freeman. The Vols also got defensive tackle Xavier Gilliam, linebacker Amare Campbell, edge rusher Chaz Coleman and safety Dejuan Lane, all out of Penn State.
