Section V football will crown two champions tonight.

The Class A1 and A2 finals are at SUNY Brockport and the rest of the classes are in the semifinals.

Section V has 10 teams in the state football rankings.

Score update: East 14, Brockport 0

Taye Brown ran in a touchdown from 6 yards out for East.

Legacy Taylor scored a 6-yard touchdown on an end around for East with 1:21 left in the first quarter.

Brockport got a turnover on special teams and drove to the East 6-yard line but missed a field goal.
