2026 four-star cornerback Salesi Moa will announce his college football commitment at the Polynesian Bowl in Honolulu, Hawaii on Friday, according to Greg Biggins of On3. Kickoff is slated for 9 p.m. EST (NFL Network)

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound prospect is from Fremont High School in Ogden, Utah. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 5 athlete in the class and No. 1 player in Utah.

Tennessee offered Moa a scholarship on Nov. 6, 2024. He officially visited Tennessee on June 20, 2025 and committed to the Vols on July 31, 2025.

Moa flipped his commitment from Tennessee to Utah on Dec. 3, 2025.

Following signing with the Utes, former Utah head coach Kyle Whittingham resigned and is serving in the same capacity at Michigan. Moa was released from his National Letter of Intent and entered the NCAA transfer portal on Monday.

247Sports has crystal ball predictions for him to commit to the Wolverines.

The early signing period was held Dec. 3-5, 2025 and national signing day will take place Feb. 4.
