As Michael Irvin has said, it’s been belt to, um, butt for the Miami Hurricanes during their run to the College Football Playoff National Championship Game.
But the Indiana Hoosiers will be their toughest test yet, favored by more than a touchdown. So, what are the player props that would help The U pull off the upset, and pull off the belt one more time?

Best Miami Prop Bets for the CFP National Championship
| Player | Pick | |
|---|---|---|
| Over 197.5 passing yards | <<-114>> | |
| Over 59.5 receiving yards | <<-114>> | |
| Anytime touchdown | <<+290>> |
Carson Beck Over 197.5 Passing Yards
Carson Beck is going to have to throw the ball well if the Miami Hurricanes want a shot at winning the National Championship.
Or. Beck is going to have to throw the ball because the Indiana Hoosiers are destroying another opponent.
Indiana’s defense is great, but Beck plays behind an elite offensive line, and the Hurricanes have been a Top 10 passing offense.
Beck has topped this number 11 times in 15 games, and he went over this number in both of Miami’s losses, while Indiana allowed Oregon’s Dante Moore to throw for 285 yards in the Peach Bowl blowout.
Malachi Toney Over 59.5 Receiving Yards
That means we’ve also got to back Beck’s most explosive target in this matchup – Malachi Toney.
The freshman wideout has peaked at the right time, helping power the Hurricanes to this National Championship Game, hauling in 45 catches for 445 yards and six touchdowns over his last six games.
Miami has made a concerted effort to get Toney the ball in a variety of ways during this run and his ability to make defenders miss means he has a shot to top his receiving prop with some nice YAC plays in the Natty.
CharMar Brown TD
Mark Fletcher Jr. is the star back for Miami. But having a guy like CharMar Brown backing him up makes the Hurricanes' run game more effective.
Brown was the FCS Freshman of the Year as a part of the National Championship North Dakota State team last year. And Miami has trusted him late in the season. Brown has 37 carries for 150 yards and four total touchdowns over his last five games.
If The U needs to punch one in against a strong Indiana defense, it could be Brown getting the carries, making +290 to score a great value.
