OU football lands Mississippi Valley State DB Prince Ijioma in transfer portal

NORMAN — Oklahoma football landed another defensive back out of the transfer portal.
Former Mississippi Valley State standout Prince Ijioma announced his commitment to the Sooners on Friday.
Ijioma recorded 39 tackles and four pass deflections this past season. He’s from Little Elm, Texas, like Sooners quarterback John Mateer.
Ijioma visited Norman on Thursday.
