After nearly six months of college football action, a new champion has been crowned.
Indiana came out on top in Monday’s College Football Playoff championship game, 27–21, bringing a title home to Bloomington and capping an outstanding season.
There will be plenty to celebrate in Bloomington, and the Hoosiers are now set to host a championship celebration.
Here’s what’s currently known about Indiana’s celebration plans after winning the CFP.

When is Indiana's championship parade?
- Date: Saturday, Jan. 24
- Start time: 1 p.m. ET
Indiana announced on Tuesday that it will be hosting a "championship celebration" on Saturday, Jan. 24 starting at 1 p.m. ET at Memorial Stadium, and it will last until 1:30 p.m. ET.
Per the Hoosiers, lots at the stadium will open at 10 a.m. and gates will open at 11:30 a.m. The event will include a "walk to the rock" at noon, championship rally towels and concessions.

After Ohio State won the 2025 College Football Playoff, the Buckeyes also hosted a CFP Celebration at their home stadium that was free to attend and had seating on a first-come, first-serve basis. Per the Columbus Dispatch, that event had an estimated a crowd of over 30,000, with around 2,500 Ohio State students in a standing-room-only section on the field. Festivities included the Buckeyes' band's performance, a team entrance, speeches from players and coaches and more.

Indiana will not be holding a parade, per se, after winning the CFP. The team announced that it will host a championship celebration at Memorial Stadium instead.
