College football crowned a new national champion Monday night when the Indiana Hoosiers capped a perfect 16-0 season with a 27-21 win over the Miami Hurricanes at Hard Rock Stadium.

Led by former Alabama Crimson Tide assistant coach Curt Cignetti, Indiana became the third Big Ten school to win the national championship in as many years. Before the Hoosiers' triumph over Miami, the last first-time national champion in college football were the 1996 Florida Gators under coach Steve Spurrier.

With Indiana the toast of college football, Tuesday saw the release of the final US LBM Coaches Poll for the 2025 season. Here's where Alabama finished in coach Kalen DeBoer's second season in Tuscaloosa.
