The 2025 season is officially complete.
As Indiana hoisted the College Football Playoff National Championship trophy, the calendar turned to 2026. And while Alabama football was ranked at No. 9 in the final Associated Press poll of the 2025 season, expectations are lower as the Crimson Tide turns the calendar into 2026.
With a new quarterback and many new pieces on the roster, the Crimson Tide consistently appears in many “way too early” top 25 lists, but mostly in the bottom half.
