Where did Kalen DeBoer rank Alabama football in final Coaches Poll?

Alabama football coach Kalen DeBoer has the Crimson Tide a bit higher than the average in his final US LBM Coaches Poll of the 2025 season.

DeBoer put Alabama at No. 7 in his final rankings, directly behind Oregon, Ohio State and Georgia, and ahead of Texas Tech, Texas A&M and Oklahoma, who the Crimson Tide beat in the first round of the College Football Playoff.

DeBoer has seven SEC teams in his final ballot: No. 3 Ole Miss, No. 6 Georgia, No. 7 Alabama, No. 9 Texas A&M, No. 10 Oklahoma, No. 12 Texas and No. 17 Vanderbilt.

Alabama was ranked at No. 9 in the final Coaches and Associated Press polls of the 2025 season.

Alabama will open the 2026 season Saturday, Sept. 5 against East Carolina.
