Michigan State football has extended an offer to a highly-coveted tight end prospect from Wisconsin.
Tre Oiler of Hartland, Wisc. announced on Tuesday that he's received an offer from the Spartans. Oiler posted about the offer on his social media X account, citing the offer was extended to him by Michigan State tight ends coach Brian Wozniak.
Oiler is an unrated tight end in the 2027 class, according to 247Sports. He plays for Arrowhead High, and is listed at 6-foot-6 and 220 pounds.
While Oiler isn't rated at the moment, he has picked up a lot of traction on the recruiting trail from some big-time programs. Along with his offer from Michigan State, Oiler holds offers from Florida, Iowa State, Minnesota, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.
