Alabama lands commitment from 2026 in-state wide receiver

A three-star wide receiver in the 2026 class, Aubrey Walker has officially committed to Alabama.

An Alabama native, Walker is a talented route runner that received multiple offers prior to his commitment to the Crimson Tide. The 5’9”, 155 pound playmaker was ranked as the No. 275 wide receiver and the No. 1,927 overall player from the class of 2026, per the 247Sports Composite rankings.

Walker ran an impressive 4.3 second 40-yard dash prior to his commitment, as the rising star is an extremely fast and explosive option that the Tide will now have at their disposal.

Walker will join a crowded wide receiver room on the Crimson Tide offense next fall, and is the second 2026 wide receiver to commit to Alabama this week. Walker totaled 490 yards and 6 receiving touchdowns during his senior year at Moody High School, and the talented route runner will now turn his full attention towards joining the Tide in Tuscaloosa.

Alabama has added a multitude of playmakers on both offense and defense from the 2026 class, with Walker becoming the latest addition to an already impressive recruiting class.
