Garett Bolles interviews Shedeur Sanders (and others) on pregame meals

It’s safe to say that Denver Broncos offensive lineman Garett Bolles is having a great time at the Pro Bowl.
Bolles is one of five Broncos attending the NFL’s version of All-Star weekend, and he took the opportunity to take the mic and interview some of his AFC teammates about their pregame meals.
In a video tweeted out by the NFL titled “Big Man, Little Mic,” Bolles first interviewed Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders, and asked about his pregame meal.
“Salad,” said Sanders as Bolles looked on incredulously.
“Like with some chicken on it, some bacon?” asked Bolles.
“A little bit of chicken, just a little bit; but salad though,” Sanders said.
Bolles then interviewed Broncos teammates defensive lineman Zach Allen and wide receiver Courtland Sutton.
“(I eat) overnight oats right when I wake up, and then when I get to the stadium, two grilled chicken breasts with honey mustard, rice, and a big bowl of pineapple and blueberries,” said Allen.
“And that’s why he sacks the quarterback,” joked Bolles.
Sutton also has a big pregame meal. “So I do a yogurt bowl, berries, walnuts, honey and cinnamon,” said Sutton. “And then when I get to the stadium, I have three blueberry muffins.”
“They eat like a lineman,” said Bolles.

For Bolles, Allen, and offensive lineman Quinn Meinerz (who dropped out at the last minute), this was their first Pro Bowl selection. Sutton and pass rusher Nik Bonitto will be participating in their second Pro Bowls, and cornerback Pat Surtain earned his fourth nod to the All-Star festivities.
The 2026 Pro Bowl Games will be held at San Franciscoâs Moscone Center South Building on Tuesday, Feb. 3. The “Games” will begin at 4:30 p.m. MT and the flag football game will start at 6:00 p.m. MT.
