Florida football's roster transformation under first-year coach Jon Sumrall is complete.

The Florida Gators have added 20 new incoming freshmen (18 signees and two preferred walk-ons) and 30 transfers from FBS and lower-level programs from throughout the country. With 62 returning players, Florida's overall roster currently sits at 112.

Sumrall is still in the process of learning all the new faces and what they are capable of as UF began strength and conditioning drills a few weeks ago.

"I'm not fully comfortable fully assessing our roster because I've been with them for a month-ish," Sumrall said. "I still am not − I would always take more depth on the line of scrimmages. The offensive and defensive line I would have liked to have maybe gotten a couple more always."

But Sumrall is high on the potential of some of his transfers, including former Auburn senior wide receiver Eric Singelton, who is rated as the top transfer in UF's 2026 class. Sumrall was first aware of Singleton's top-end speed when he tried to recruit him at Troy four years ago.

Singelton, who began his career at Georgia Tech before transferring to Auburn, had 58 catches for 534 yards and 3 TDs with the Tigers last season. At Florida, Singleton will be reunited with his former offensive coordinator from Georgia Tech (Buster Faulkner) and his former receivers coach at Auburn (Marcus Davis) who are both on UF's staff under Sumrall.

"He's an Olympic fast-type runner," Sumrall said of Singleton. "He can run-run. I think we're working on some change of direction stuff with him I think that's going to help him elevate his game, but he can take the top off of coverage, and he's a guy that you get the ball in his hands and see can a guy make a tackle in space versus him, it's hard.

Here's a look at the rest of the newcomers of UF's 2026 roster:
