South Carolina is coming off a 4-8 season under head coach Shane Beamer, who is entering his sixth season. Beamer has posted a 33-30 overall record with the Gamecocks.

Florida will make its debut under first-year coach Jon Sumrall on Sept. 5 against Florida Atlantic at The Swamp and play four of its first six games at home. The 43-year-old Sumrall was hired on Nov. 30, 2025, and has added 20 new freshmen and 30 new transfers to the 2026 roster.
