The US LBM Coaches Poll released its Week 11 update on Sunday, and once again, there were no changes among the upper echelon of the rankings.
This week, the top seven teams held onto their spots, headlined by the No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes, followed by the second-ranked Indiana Hoosiers and third-ranked Texas A&M Aggies. The Alabama Crimson Tide, Georgia Bulldogs, Oregon Ducks and Ole Miss Rebels also stood pat, respectively.
The Texas Tech Red Raiders and Notre Dame Fighting Irish both moved up one spot to the Nos. 8 and 9 positions, respectively, while the Texas Longhorns jumped three spots and the Oklahoma Sooners rose two to share the No. 10 spot with 929 points apiece.
The Southeastern Conference is again represented by nine member schools in the top 25. In addition to the aforementioned teams, the Vanderbilt Commodores (No. 14), Tennessee Volunteers (No. 20) and Missouri Tigers (No. 24) also remain among the top-ranked teams. No other SEC programs received any votes.
The Florida Gators, who were trampled by the Kentucky Wildcats in Lexington, 38-7, are among those who remain voteless, as are the victors in Week 11’s matchup.
