Another analyst has put out a way-too-early prediction for the 2026 College Football Playoff bracket, and Notre Dame clocks in as a four seed.
CBS Sports' Brad Crawford has the Fighting Irish getting a first-round bye. Notre Dame would play the winner of Memphis-Texas Tech, with Memphis being a 12-seed and Texas Tech being a 5-seed.
Crawford doesn't pick beyond the first round. The other three teams that he predicts will get a bye are Indiana, Miami (FL) and Texas.
