Former Ravens quarterbacks coach Tee Martin is headed to LSU as an offensive analyst, reuniting with Lane Kiffin. Martin had been in Baltimore since 2021 before returning to the college ranks. The move comes as Ravens head coach Jesse Minter has assembled his full staff for the 2026 season. The Ravens released the full list of 25 coaches on their staff, and Martin has been replaced. Baltimore hired Declan Doyle as offensive coordinator and has added Joe Lombardi to the offensive staff as well.

Martin just finished his fifth season with Baltimore and third as the quarterbacks coach, following two years (2021-22) guiding its wide receivers. He joined the Ravens after 15 seasons coaching primarily in the collegiate ranks, including at his alma mater, the University of Tennessee (2019-20), where he tutored wide receivers and served as passing-game coordinator and assistant head coach.

As a standout quarterback and two-year starter at Tennessee (1998-99), Martin led the Vols to a 22-3 record and a victory in the first-ever BCS National Championship (1998).

Martin has experience calling plays and was the offensive coordinator at USC when Sam Darnold rose to prominence.
