The Oklahoma Sooners remained undefeated in SEC play with their 5-2 come-from-behind win over the Ole Miss Rebels on Monday night, keeping pace with the Texas Longhorns, the only other undefeated team in conference play.
Five teams are currently within two games of first place, with former No. 1 Tennessee falling three games back in the loss column after their series loss to the Florida Gators. Within two games of first place are Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, Texas A&M, and Alabama. The Sooners will only play Texas and Texas A&M this season, avoiding Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee.
This week, the Sooners will take on the LSU Tigers in Baton Rouge. LSU is coming off a series win over South Carolina after dropping the opener on Friday night in extra innings. The Tigers are last in the SEC in home runs and rank second-to-last in SEC home run differential in 2026.
The Texas Longhorns will take on the Texas A&M Aggies in Austin in a series that will have SEC regular-season championship implications. Florida heads to Fayetteville to take on Arkansas in a top-10 matchup.
