After pulling in the highest-ranked recruiting class in program history in 2026, Jedd Fisch and his coaching staff are looking to level up the Washington Huskies once again through the high school ranks in 2027.

According to 247Sports' rankings, the Huskies have been one of the nation's most successful teams on the recruiting trail early on, as they currently hold the No. 5 class in the 2027 cycle. That's also good for the No. 3 class in the Big Ten, behind USC and Ohio State, who are sitting at No. 3 and No. 4.

The 11 verbal commits the Huskies already hold in the class have helped prop up the ranking a bit, as that number is tied with Texas A&M for the second-most pledges in the country. However, Washington's next class holds a fair amount of talent.

The Huskies have already secured pledges from five blue-chip prospects: four-star defensive tackle Jon Ioane, four-star quarterback Blake Roskopf, four-star running back Jeremy Adeyanju, and four-star wide receivers Braylon Pope and Zerek Sidney.

Moving forward, Washington has its sights set on several other high-end recruits from around the country. Three-star offensive tackle Ben Lowther was spotted on campus for an unofficial visit last weekend, while Fisch's coaching staff has set up official visits with plenty of blue-chip recruits, including four-star safeties Isala Aisa Wily-Ava, Gavin Williams, Malakai Taufoou, and Jaden Walk-Green, four-star defensive tackle Tevita Nonu, four-star offensive linemen Lincoln Mageo and Gecova Doyal, four-star cornerback Censere Gaylord, four-star wide receiver Tre Moore, and more.

As Washington continues to push for several elite prospects, with five-star offensive tackle Oluwasemilore Olubobola and four-star wide receiver Osani Gayles in their sights, Fisch and his coaching staff have done an impressive job putting the Huskies in the mix for some of the nation's elite prospects.
