One of college football’s top games of the Week 12 slate takes place this Saturday afternoon in Tuscaloosa between the Alabama Crimson Tide and Oklahoma Sooners.
A rematch from just last season, Alabama and Oklahoma met for the first time as SEC foes in Norman in a game that featured a Crimson Tide team in CFP contention with two losses, as well as a Sooners program playing to potentially become bowl eligible.
However, it would be Oklahoma that came away with the victory, defeating the Crimson Tide in a 24-3 loss that was devastating to Alabama’s College Football Playoff (CFP) chances.
This season, both the Crimson Tide and Sooners are in CFP contention entering their Week 12 matchup, but will the teams be at full strength?
Following is the initial SEC Availability Report for Alabama and Oklahoma entering their massive Week 12 showdown, as of Wednesday night.

Wednesday night’s initial availability report was a notable one for both Alabama and Oklahoma, with no status likely more notable than that of Crimson Tide starting wolf Qua Russaw. The talented outside linebacker has not played since the Georgia game due to injury, and was listed as “questionable” Wednesday night, potentially leaving the door open for his return.
Oklahoma has likely the biggest name listed on the initial Week 12 availability report in starting defensive lineman R Mason Thomas, who is one of the top pass rushers in the SEC. Thomas is listed as “questionable” for the game, as is another key name up front in Jayden Jackson.
