Boom! Tyler Bowen and the Ohio State football team just landed another offensive lineman for the 2027 class. Local product Davis Seaman has committed to the Buckeyes.

Seaman is a Columbus native attending Bishop Watterson High School, where he helped lead the Eagles to a Division III State Championship last fall. At 6-foot-4 and 290 pounds, Seaman is the No. 21-ranked interior offensive lineman according to 247Sports composite rankings. He chose Ohio State over Auburn, Penn State, and Tennessee.

Seaman's commitment comes shortly after the NFL draft concluded, which saw eight Buckeyes (more than any other school) get drafted. That was enough to push the four-star prospect to give his pledge to the Scarlet and Gray, saying, "I feel like Ohio State is Ohio State at the end of the day, and the draft showed that."

Seaman becomes the 11th member of the 2027 OSU recruiting class and the fifth offensive lineman to join the fold. The Buckeyes currently have the No. 4-ranked class in the nation.
