Penn State football will have a completely overhauled roster to get to know in 2026 under new head coach Matt Campbell. Following one of the most active offseasons in recent memory for Penn State with a flurry of activity in the transfer portal, fans will have a lot of catching up to do in getting to know this year's Penn State roster. Recruiting Rankings

Class of 2022: No recruiting ranking information

Dominic Rulli was not rated as a high school player when he committed to Penn State in the Class of 2022. Rulli held offers from Yale and Columbia and was given a chance to be a preferred walk-on by Penn State and West Virginia.

Career Stats

Rulli has started one game during his time at Penn State, which was the Pinstripe Bowl against Clemson at the end of the 2025 season. Rulli has played in a total of 42 games during the past four seasons, however.

Depth Chart Overview

Dominic Rulli may be a redshirt senior, but he will be expected to be the top backup for transfer addition Brock Riker. Riker came to Penn State through the transfer portal following a standout season with Texas State in 2025. Riker is expected to immediately step into the starting role at center, leaving Rulli to be the team's top secondary option at the position this fall.
