The No. 7 Ole Miss Rebels moved to 10-1 with a 34-24 win at home against the Florida Gators.
Lane Kiffin’s Ole Miss team continues to find ways to win football games, and this marks their fourth straight victory since losing to Georgia in Week 8.
This time, Florida took a 24-20 lead into halftime despite Ole Miss scoring the first 10 points of the game. But the Rebels scored 14 in the fourth quarter to win the game by 10.
Florida fired Billy Napier in October, and since then, Kiffin’s name has been thrown around in rumors involving the opening in Gainesville.
The latest odds have Kiffin as the favorite still for the job, and the game against Florida ignited those rumblings even more.
In the final seconds of the game, the Ole Miss fans in Oxford made clear their feelings about Kiffin.

Kiffin is in his sixth season at Ole Miss, and the win over Florida gives him three straight 10-plus win seasons.
Ole Miss won the Gator Bowl and Peach Bowl in the last two seasons, and this time, Kiffin has his team right in the middle of the College Football Playoff conversation.
While rumors might swirl, the fans at Ole Miss have made it clear that they want Kiffin to stick around.
Ole Miss has a bye in Week 13 before finishing the regular season with a road game against Mississippi State.
