Notre Dame had a pretty complete win over Pittsburgh on Saturday, but it wasn't enough to move up in the Associated Press Top 25 poll. Nor did the Fighting Irish slide.
So Notre Dame remains No. 9 in the AP Top 25 after the 37-15 win over the Pitt Panthers.
The top three remain the same — Ohio State, Indiana, and Texas A&M. The Aggies were very nearly upset at home by South Carolina but mounted a massive comeback to win 31-30. Ohio State and Indiana had easy wins over UCLA and Wisconsin, respectively.
Georgia and Ole Miss each moved up a spot to fourth and fifth, respectively. Georgia beat Texas 35-10 in a spotlight game.
The rest of the top 10 is Texas Tech, Oregon, Oklahoma, Notre Dame and Alabama. Oklahoma moved up three spots after beating Alabama 23-21, while the Crimson Tide slipped six spots after the loss.
Alabama and Texas were the biggest movers — the Longhorns slipped seven spots to 17 after losing to Georgia.
No other school moved up or down by more than three spots.
Georgia climbs to No. 4, Oklahoma is back in the top 10 and the SEC has nine teams in the Top 25.https://t.co/7dTTUiSC1jpic.twitter.com/zyZA4gayC2
