LSU football kept it rolling on the recruiting trail on Monday, securing commitments from two talented offensive linemen, including three-star Amaziah Siale. The offensive tackle from Hawai'i was LSU's first offensive line commit of the cycle. LSU flipped Siale from Cal.
Per the Rivals Industry Rankings, Siale is the No. 599-ranked player in the country and the No. 50 offensive tackle. 247Sports is the highest on Siale, slotting the tackle No. 43 at his position. Rivals lists Siale at 6-foot-6 and 365 pounds. Siale chose LSU over offers from California, Texas, and West Virginia, among others.
This is an impressive get for LSU offensive line coaches Eric Wolford and James Cregg. The Tigers went all the way to Hawai'i to land a national recruit. Cregg, who spent time on USC's staff, has experience recruiting the region.
As of June 16, LSU football's 2027 recruiting class sits No. 16 nationally. The Tigers have 10 commits, including seven blue-chip players.
