LSU football gained the commitment of Terrance Smith on Monday, according to Rivals. The offensive lineman chose the Tigers out of a top-four that included Rutgers, Auburn, and Tennessee.

Smith took an official visit to Baton Rouge on April 17. The four-star recruit also made trips to Rutgers, Auburn and Tennessee for official visits but decided to play for head coach Lane Kiffin.

A native of Lansdale, PA, Smith is the state's No. 7 prospect and the national No. 111 player, according to Rivals' Industry Rankings. The outlet ranks him No. 10 among interior offensive linemen and lists his measurements as six-foot-seven and 290 pounds.

Smith was one of two offensive linemen to choose the Tigers on Monday, joined by three-star offensive tackle Amaziah Siale from Kapaa, HI. LSU's 2027 class of 10 players ranks No. 16 nationally and No. 7 in the SEC, according to Rivals' Industry Rankings.

Kiffin and the Tigers have been on a recruiting heater over the last two weeks. The 2027 class is begining to take shape. The next month or so will be pivotal for the final outlook of the class.
