The Georgia Bulldogs are looking to flip four-star wide receiver Jacobi Pasley from the West Virginia Mountaineers. Pasley has been committed to the Mountaineers since May 1, but Georgia has reportedly entered the mix.

Standing at 5-foot-11, 180 pounds, Pasley is a dynamic playmaker that could shine in Georgia’s offense if the Bulldogs are able to flip him. Pasley has also proven effective at running back throughout his time at Bradwell Institute High School (Hinesville, Georgia).

Pasley is a true offensive weapon who could emerge with multiple roles in college. The route runner recently canceled his official visit to Wake Forest and scheduled a trip to Athens instead, as Pasley was reportedly on campus at UGA on June 19.

Pasley is a special athlete. His speed is unmatched. He won 5A state championships in the 100-meters, 200-meters and 400-meters events in Georgia. The explosive receiver became the first athlete in Georgia high school history to accomplish all three of those feats in one year.

Pasley would solidify himself as one of the top recruits in Georgia’s class if Georgia is able to flip him. He is ranked as the No. 47 receiver from the class of 2027, per the ESPN rankings. Pasley is listed as the No. 41 overall player out of Georgia, and the speedster may find himself coming home and flipping to UGA in the near future.

A commitment from Pasley would be a massive victory for the Bulldogs’ offense in 2027 and beyond. Three-star WR Majay Thompson recently committed to Florida State over Georgia, while five-star running back David Gabriel Gorges recently canceled his official visit to UGA.
