Decisions have come fast and often when it comes to the top players in the 2027 class.
With just a few days left in June and July quickly approaching, many of the top players in the class already made their college decisions months ago or have recently committed.
Even with those big names off the board, there are still names remaining that have certain college fanbases on the edge of their seats as they await their decisions.
Based on the latest USA TODAY Sports composite football rankings, here are the top 10 uncommitted 2027 prospects and where we think they'll end up.
Monshun Sales
School: Lawrence North (Indianapolis, IN)
Position: Wide Receiver
Breakdown: Sales is regarded by many as one of the top receivers in the 2027 recruiting cycle and he recently wrapped his official visit schedule with trips to LSU and Texas. Prior to that he had visited Ohio State (June 12), Alabama (May 29) and Indiana (April 24).
A lifelong Alabama fan, Sales even had the nickname "Bama" growing up. The Crimson Tide have been one of the favorites in his recruitment for some time but so have Indiana and Ohio State.
Sales has visited Bloomington and Columbus more than any other schools with both schools making significant strides with each visit. Coming off a national championship and being only an hour away, keeping the state's best prospect in some time home seems like a real possibility for Curt Cignetti.
Prediction: Indiana
David Gabriel Georges
School: Baylor (Chattanooga, TN)
Position: Running Back
Breakdown: It's come down to Ohio State, Ole Miss and Tennessee when it comes to Gabriel Georges. A prospect considered by many as one of the best in several cycles, each of the schools in his final three hosted him for officials in June.
For well over a year, Ohio State was viewed as the overwhelming favorite in Georges' recruitment. However, the officials to both Ole Miss and Tennessee reportedly blew him away. The Tennessee visit in particular was a standout as the in-state Vols made him a priority in a class that already consists of several top in-state prospects.
Even with those moves, Ohio State still sits in a good spot. It doesn't hurt the Buckeyes either that they recently offered Baylor safety Jordan Djila, a teammate and close friend of Georges, during his recent visit to Columbus.
Prediction: Tennessee
Albert Simien
School: Sam Houston (Lake Charles, LA)
Position: Interior Offensive Lineman
Breakdown: As much as LSU wants to keep its top in-state talent home, the Tigers have a battle on their hands when it comes to Simien who is set to announce his commitment on June 26.
Texas A&M has long been viewed as the favorite in his recruitment and while LSU has gotten more involved, they still face an uphill climb against the Aggies. Marcus Freeman and Notre Dame also remain involved and hosted Simien for his final official visit.
As close as the race remains, overcoming Texas A&M appears to be the challenged posed to both LSU and Notre Dame.
Prediction: Texas A&M
Joshua Dobson
School: Hough (Cornelius, NC)
Position: Cornerback
Breakdown: Dobson is set commit on July 1, choosing between Auburn, Michigan, Texas A&M and South Carolina. While Texas A&M has been viewed as the favorite for months, the Aggies should face a challenge from each of the other teams who made the cut.
Arguably their biggest challenge could come from South Carolina. The Gamecocks earned Dobson's final official visit and made their push to keep him close to home.
The days leading into his decision should be interesting as it appears to be a two-horse race between the Aggies and Gamecocks.
Prediction: Texas A&M
Ismael Camara
School: Gilmer (TX)
Position: Interior Offensive Lineman
Breakdown: A week after Oregon hosted Camara for an official, Texas received his final official visit of the month. That visit could ultimately be the difference in what's been viewed as an open recruitment.
A decision may not be coming sometime soon but it does appear that Oregon and Texas are the teams to beat. Given that the Longhorns got the final official and are the in-state team, they may have a slight edge.
Prediction: Texas
Marcus Fakatou
School: Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, CA)
Position: Defensive Lineman
Breakdown: Fakatou had officials lined up to Oregon and Notre Dame to end June but ultimately canceled those trips, narrowing down his final three to Georgia, Ohio State and Texas.
One of those teams has been the favorite in his recruitment much longer than the others.
Already holding a commitment from the top edge in the class DJ Jacobs, Ohio State has been favored to land Fakatou for months now. The Buckeyes were the first of his top three to host him for an official and have good reason to believe he'll end up in Columbus.
Prediction: Ohio State
Landen Williams-Callis
School: Randle (Richmond, TX)
Position: Running Back
Breakdown: Texas was the first team to host Williams-Callis in the spring and the last to host him for an official in June. Will that be enough for the Longhorns to entice the back-to-back Gatorade Player of the Year in the state?
The Longhorns may be in a great spot with Williams-Callis but their biggest challenge comes in the form of another in-state program. Texas A&M has remained a constant in his recruitment, and he was in College Station a week before his trip to Austin.
Oregon and Missouri may also be contenders but it's hard to see him anywhere other than Texas or Texas A&M.
Prediction: Texas A&M
Eric McFarland
School: IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL)
Position: Wide Receiver
Breakdown: Decision day is quickly approaching for McFarland as he's set to announce his decision on June 28. His final three includes Florida, Georgia and Texas A&M.
While the Bulldogs and Gators have remained in the mix, Texas A&M set the standard and seemingly has not missed a beat. He was last at Texas A&M on May 28 for an official visit before heading to Gainesville a week later.
Prediction: Texas A&M
Xavier Sabb
School: Glassboro (NJ)
Position: Athlete
Breakdown: Dan Lanning extended an offer to Sabb when he was in eighth grade and since then, the Ducks have set the pace in his recruitment.
He's visited Eugene multiple times and was back on campus last weekend for an official visit. Unless something massive changes in the very near future, it's hard to imagine him not committing to Oregon sometime soon.
Prediction: Oregon
Hayden Stepp
School: Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV)
Position: Cornerback
Breakdown: Stepp's had a quieter recruitment than many others during the cycle with Alabama being viewed by many as the favorite for much of the time.
However, a recent trip to Oregon may have flipped the script with the Ducks likely taking a slim lead in what is viewed as a fairly wide-open battle. He also recently visited Georgia for an official, likely putting the Bulldogs also in the mix. Given all that and the proximity to home, the Ducks likely still hold the edge.
Prediction: Oregon
