The Hero RB ethos is alive and well in the Yahoo College Fantasy Football space, with the top of most draft boards littered with talented tailbacks. With the standard starting lineup including two running backs and another two flex spots, the strategy of playing four, high-volume rushers each week is a formula for CFF success.
Pay particular attention to play-caller tendencies toward the passing game, especially in PPR formats, as collegiate offenses can vary wildly when it comes to backfield target distribution. A common trend line among historical top-10 CFF running backs is their ability to generate 50+ fantasy points from their receiving production. With that philosophy in mind, here are my running back rankings.
