CFB27: Ole Miss Season Simulation

SEC Media Days are right around the corner (literally, on Monday) with full team practices allowed to start 29 days prior to their first contest. So basically people, college football season is HERE.

Last season, EA Sports was not much of a believer in Ole Miss during simulations. However, Trinidad Chambliss was not even in the game until months later and they refused to update Kewan Lacy’s rating until the very end as well. So essentially, last season’s sim was based on Austin Simmons and Damien Taylor/Logan Diggs as the primary backfield.

Now the Rebels are only missing one potential starter in Carius Curne (which matters, a lot) and Trinidad and Kewan are two of the top players in the game.

Before I get into how EA simulated our season, I have been playing through Dynasty mode myself and this offensive line is going to get Chambliss killed on the game. My advice is to move Brycen Sanders to left tackle and Delano Townsend to center and just run the ball left behind Sanders and Patrick Kutas.

Texas Tech wins National Championship over Indiana 52-49.

You think Ole Miss fans and Pete Golding would take 13-2 with a win over LSU and a SEC Championship in year one? Hell Yeah Damn Right.

Let’s just all agree to speak this into existence now and the sit back and watch the fruits of our labor. This would be a hell of an outcome for Golding and company and would set the program up for continued high level success on the recruiting trail.
