When will tickets go on sale?
As noted by UConn Athletics, single-game tickets will go on sale to the general public on July 24 at 10 a.m. ET.
The Huskies are coming off back-to-back nine-win seasons and consecutive trips to the Fenway Bowl, where they were beaten by Army in 2025. Previous head coach Jim Mora departed for Colorado State, allowing the program to bring in Candle after a successful 10-year stint at Toledo. UConn's roster is full of new players, and they'll look for new starters at quarterback, running back and wide receiver to replace the departed Joe Fagnano, Cam Edwards and Skyler Bell.
Fagnano and Bell are in the NFL while Edwards is now the running back at Michigan State.

The Huskies will participate in Media Day on July 23.
Because they are not in a conference, they are not part of a conference-sanctioned media day. Instead, they will hold their own event and fans will get the chance to hear from Candle and the newest members of the roster in a friendly setting.
While Candle may not be too revelatory before the start of training camp, there are some things that Huskies fans will certainly want to know, including how the quarterback battle is shaping up at the start of camp.
Elsewhere in the news for UConn
OG Anunoby won the ESPY Award Wednesday night for Play of the Year, beating out Braylon Mullins of UConn and three other nominees.
Mullins' season-saving shot came against Duke on March 29. Down 72-70 with 10 seconds left, things were dire for the Huskies in a game the Blue Devils once led by 19 points.
Mullins and Solo Ball used tough tandem defense to steal the ball with 5.8 seconds left, and with less than a second remaining, Mullins got the ball back and drained a long 3-point shot, sending the Huskies to a 73-72 win and a trip to the Final Four.
