It’s Monday, and the start of fall camp is in sight! Take a look at all our content coming out this week. As always, check out our original coverage and what we can find on the World Wide Web below.
New Coach Rankings
College Football News ranks all the new coaches entering the 2026 season. Rob Harley is 29th out of 30 teams, getting a C for his tough situation. Kirby Moore gets a C+ and is surprisingly only 27th due to a lack of experience, but JaMarcus Shephard is listed at 24th. Then, Jim Mora is all the way in the 5th spot, getting an A grade. They like his success at UConn and are already talking about his name coming up for P4 jobs.
Boise State Preview
College Football News is also continuing its team preview series, with this version featuring the Broncos. Their offense returns a senior quarterback behind an experienced offensive line, and the running game will be strong again. The wide receivers are a huge question mark, and they are replacing their left tackle and center. Over on defense, they excel at generating turnovers behind a strong pass rush, and the secondary should be a strength. However, they need someone to step up on the interior of the DL, and the linebackers will need to improve. They predict Boise State will go 9-3 and be in the mix for a Pac-12 Champion.
All-Geezer Team
The Athletic takes a look at some of the oldest players in college football at their respective positions, including a few under our umbrella. Stephon Wright of Colorado State began his career in 2019 and is set to begin his 8th season. UNLV has two names listed; Justin Flowe has made a few stops since 2020, and Denver Harris is at his fourth school, and it’s the first time he’s been at the same place two years in a row. Fans may recognize some other names on this list as well.
