SMU toppled No. 10 Miami at home on Saturday in a major upset, and Mustang fans excitedly stormed the field and tore down the goalpost after the victory.
A program like SMU taking down a giant like Miami is always a big deal, and fans storming the field was to be expected. Tearing the goalpost is a right of passage for a historic upset; SMU fans deemed this one worthy.
