Elite class of 2027 linebacker recruit Brayton Feister has announced commitment. The four-star athlete committed to the Oregon Ducks over the Georgia Bulldogs, Ohio State Buckeyes and California Bears.

Feister is an excellent addition for coach Dan Lanning and the Ducks. The 6-foot-2, 240-pound athlete is Oregon's No. 25 commitment in the class of 2027. The talented recruit is part of Oregon's fourth-ranked recruiting class.

Feister was the nation's top uncommitted recruit. His commitment is more proof that recruits are committing earlier than ever before. He's the No. 133 prospect in the class of 2027. The senior is the No. 9 athlete in the country and the No. 7 player in Ohio.

Feister plays high school football and wrestles for Massillon Washington High School in Massillon, Ohio. Feister primarily plays running back and linebacker.

Massillon Washington star has a good combination of explosiveness and size. As a linebacker, Feister uses his sideline-to-sideline speed well. He recorded over 130 tackles, 13 sacks, four forced fumbles and two interceptions as a junior in 2025. He also posted over 1,000 rushing yards and 17 touchdowns.

Feister projects to play linebacker and not running back in college. Georgia entered the mix a bit late for Feister with Bulldogs and coach Kirby Smart offering him until March, but Feister has visited Georgia along with Oregon and Cal recently.
