Strong demand has pushed the co-headlining tour to 59 dates, with new stops through December.
Usher and Chris Brown are extending their blockbuster stadium run with eight additional shows, taking their co-headlining tour to 59 dates across North America, following months of strong demand and comes as the pair continue “The R&B Tour,” which has filled major venues and brought two generations of R&B hits to the same stage.
USA Today reported that the new dates include Oct. 15 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey; Oct. 17 at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore; Oct. 24 at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati; Oct. 29 at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, South Carolina; and Oct. 31 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
The expansion also adds a fifth Atlanta show at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Nov. 5, a fourth Los Angeles-area performance at SoFi Stadium on Nov. 16, and a third Miami show at Hard Rock Stadium on Dec. 6.
Usher celebrated the added dates on Instagram, telling fans that their support had pushed the tour to keep growing. The announcement came after the singers launched “The R&B Tour” in Denver on June 26.
The stadium run has paired their individual catalogs with collaborative moments throughout a nearly three-hour production. The show is structured across nine acts, with Usher and Brown alternating performances rather than appearing in separate traditional headline sets.
Their joint tour has also featured appearances from artists including 50 Cent, Mary J. Blige, Ashanti, Method Man, Future, Fat Joe and Jadakiss. Mario, Eric Bellinger and Tank have joined the production as supporting performers.
Before the latest expansion, “The R&B Tour” had already added multiple dates in high-demand markets. The newly announced shows bring first-time stops for the current tour to Baltimore, Cincinnati, Columbia and Indianapolis.
Presales for the new concerts begin this week, with general ticket sales scheduled to open Aug. 24 at 10 a.m. local time.
