Missouri's offense will likely be a bit scarier on Saturday than it was the last two weeks.

Tigers quarterback Beau Pribula is expected back in the starting lineup when No. 21 Missouri plays No. 8 Oklahoma in Norman. Pribula had missed Mizzou's previous two games because of a dislocated ankle. The Tigers went 1-1 in those games.

Missouri enters the game at 7-3, just a game behind OU, which sits 8-2 and is projected to make the College Football Playoff. The Tigers aren't far off. With Pribula at the helm, Mizzou lost the only two games it lost by a combined total of 10 points. Both defeats came at the hands of teams ranked in the top 15.

Oklahoma's defense will enter the game ranked 11th in FBS and second in the Southeastern Conference in total defense. Missouri, incidentally, ranks 10th in FBS and tops in the SEC. The Sooners are a bit weaker against the pass, where their 196 yards per game allowed ranks 37th.

But Missouri uses the pass more as a counter to its running game. Pribula hadn't thrown more than 252 yards in an SEC game this season and his touchdown-to-interception ratio was just 3-to-5. Still, Pribula can cause problems elsewhere as he has run for 220 yards and five touchdowns this season.

An Oklahoma win would keep the Sooners in the CFP picture, while a loss to Missouri, their long-time Big Eight and Big 12 foe, would eliminate the playoff chances. Kickoff from Norman is schedule at 11 a.m. CT.
