Earlier this week, the preseason AP Top 25 Poll was released, and Michigan ranked No. 16.
We asked fans their thoughts on Michigan’s ranking, and here’s how they voted.
65% of fans believe Michigan’s ranking is just right, while 24% voted too low and 11% feel the ranking is too high.
Excitement is starting to build around the program again after two underwhelming seasons under former head coach Sherrone Moore. New head coach Kyle Whittingham put together a good staff, added talent via the transfer portal, and there are key players returning, such as quarterback Bryce Underwood, running back Jordan Marshall and receiver Andrew Marsh.
Per FanDuel Sportsbook, Michigan has the fifth-highest odds of winning the Big Ten Championship at +1500.
