Washington football showing interest in speedy four-star California WR

With four talented wide receivers committed in the 2027 class, Jedd Fisch and position coach Kevin Cummings are looking to continue stacking talent out wide in the 2028 class.

Among their top targets at the position is four-star Emmanuel Pullins, a 6-foot, 185-pound product of Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, California, who is ranked as the No. 162 overall player and No. 24 wide receiver in the 2028 class by 247Sports, and is coming off a strong sophomore season where he pulled in 38 catches for 569 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

That breakout campaign helped him pull in 12 offers, as Cummings joined the hunt for his services in May, as Arizona, Arizona State, California, Michigan, Nebraska, and Oregon also push for his commitment.

On film, it isn't hard to spot Pullins' high-end athleticism. On the track, he posted a blazing 10.43 100-meter dash as a sophomore and a 47-8 in the triple jump, both elite numbers that he translates well to the football field.

While lining up all over the formation for Notre Dame, Pullins shows off a release package that can help free him up from press coverage before he hits top speed and gets behind the defense quickly, displaying strong hands and the ability to track the ball. He's also a weapon in the return game, where his speed and short-area quickness shine through.

With a trio of four-star prospects committed in the 2027 class in Tre Moore, Braylon Pope, and Dontay Tyson, the Huskies can be a bit more selective at the position in 2028, and with his elite speed and athleticism, Pullins could quickly emerge as one of Fisch's top targets who can align at multiple spots in Washington's offense.
