Get to know the Kentucky football roster: No. 7 DJ Miller

In one week the Kentucky football team will take the field for their first game of the 2026 season against Youngstown State. As we count down the days until then, we're getting to know the players on the roster, and today we're taking a look at No. 7, DJ Miller.

Miller is a 6'3", 208 lb wide receiver out of St. Louis, Missouri. As a member of the 2025 recruiting class, he was rated three stars by 247Sports and ranked as the No. 494 overall player in their composite rankings.

Offers poured for Miller from several top programs, including several SEC teams. He would wind up committing to Kentucky, though, over the Tennessee Volunteers, Arkansas, and others.

Last season, as the Wildcats coaches tried to spark the offense, Miller got on the field, and showed flashes of his ability. He played in seven games, and emerged as one of their better offensive weapons. He would record 13 catches for 175 yards and 2 touchdowns on the year in seven games.

Heading into 2026, coach Will Stein is also looking for somebody in the wide receiver room to step up. Miller will likely be a starter, and will certainly get a chance to shine. Many analysts believe he's a breakout candidate this year, and he has looked like it in practices.

The 2026 season could be a big one for Miller in only his second year of college football. He's talented and ready for action. He could become a star this year.
