Fall camp is over at Ohio State, and we're just six days away from the start of the 2026 season. That means we are in game week, and we'll have plenty on the game against Ball State and the season as the week goes on. First, though, if you haven't had a chance, we highly recommend watching the Ohio State football documentary "Defend the Shoe" as episodes drop this year.

The Ohio State creative team is following the football team around this year, and the first episode of "Defend the Shoe" has already dropped. It has behind-the-scenes footage of fall camp as well as player and coach interviews that give you a little more insight into the program and the Buckeye "brotherhood."

The episodes aren't that long, but they are engaging and interesting, and they allow you to get to know some of the players and coaches a little better than just seeing them do their thing on the gridiron on Saturdays. The first episode is a little over 17 minutes long, and we expect the follow-ups to be as well. Here's the first episode below, thanks to "The Ohio State Buckeyes" X account.
