Tech football is back!! The new look Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket football team features two new coordinators, a new starting running back, a new quarterback, and a revamped secondary that will debut their 2026 season in front of a sold out crowd in Bobby Dodd Stadium at Historic Grant Field.
Tech comes in as about a touchdown favorite against Deion Sanders’ Colorado Buffaloes. This is Deion’s first game in Atlanta as Colorado’s coach, but not his first as a college coach. Jackson State made the Celebration Bowl twice (played in Mercedes-Benz Stadium) during his tenure there.
Colorado also comes in with two new coordinators and will start Julian Lewis at quarterback, who did not play against the Jackets in last years matchup in Boulder, but did appear in some games during the 2025 season.
