On Saturday afternoon in Tuscaloosa, the Alabama Crimson Tide are set to officially open the 2026 season against a team that is projected to be among the best in the American Conference this fall, the East Carolina Pirates.
Before the two teams step on the field though, Roll Tide Wire recently turned to the new EA Sports College Football 27 video game to simulate the matchup in hopes of predicting how the game might play out. Something that will be done prior to every Alabama game this season, settings for the simulated game were set for a noon kickoff inside of Bryant-Denny Stadium under clear skies.
Here is how the College Football 27 video game simulation predicted Alabama vs. East Carolina to play out in Week 1.
