College football has been back for one full week.

That’s it.

And somehow we already have a tweet perfectly summarizing just how ridiculous this season has become.

LSU is dealing with a legal fight that has reached the point where SEC leaders could vote on whether to expel the school from the conference.

Western Michigan is still dealing with the fallout from one of the strangest endings imaginable after Michigan was given another second and won on a Hail Mary.

Florida State’s game against SMU was delayed nearly two hours because of a power outage at Doak Campbell Stadium.

And then, somehow, we got the revelation that Marcus Freeman spray paints his hair.

What are we doing?

Normally it takes an entire college football season to produce this level of nonsense.

We made it to Tuesday of Week 2.

At this rate, I don’t even want to know what college football has planned for October.
