WMU coach makes subtle dig at Michigan controversy with ‘another second’ comment

Even though we're all still watching the videos and the MAC is appealing the result of the Michigan vs. Western Michigan ending, WMU head coach Lance Taylor has continued to keep it classy and take the high road as fans think his team may have been robbed on Saturday.

But Taylor did appear to wink at the whole controversy in this week's opening statement to reporters: "We've addressed it as a university. As a football team and a program, we will grow from it. We'll be better and stronger because of it, and we've turned the page. So I'm not taking another second to address what happened on Saturday night."

Get it? "Another second." See how he looked around at the room after saying those words? He's got to be referring to "another second" being put on the clock to allow the Michigan Hail Mary for the win, right?

If so, well played by the WMU head coach.
