Sawvel talks offense, NIL and roster construction ahead of Hawaii

The topic that isn’t going away anytime soon: NIL in college football. Wyoming’s offense had plenty of issues this season that go beyond just player poaching, that needs to be said, but Wyoming head coach Jay Sawvel’s feels the Pokes need to do better with NIL and roster construction. Wyoming plays at Hawaii in the season finale.
