Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s daughter Rocki Irish Mayers has officially entered toddlerhood, celebrating her first birthday with a stylish family gathering that gave fans another rare glimpse of the youngest member of the Mayers family.
Rocki turned 1 on Sunday, Sept. 13, marking a year since Rihanna and Rocky welcomed their first daughter. The couple, who already share sons RZA and Riot, have largely kept their children away from the spotlight, making each new glimpse particularly notable.
This time, the birthday girl was photographed alongside her mother in coordinated pink looks that immediately caught attention.
PEOPLE reported that Rocki’s first birthday celebration included a ruffled pink outfit with a white polka-dot bow, while Rihanna matched her daughter with her own pink ensemble, black tights and dark sunglasses. The photos were shared by Rihanna’s longtime friend Melissa Forde, offering a look at the intimate celebration without revealing too much about the guest list.
The party itself leaned into a playful, child-friendly theme. Images showed pastel balloons arranged into an elaborate arch, along with a carousel and colorful carnival-style decorations. Forde celebrated the milestone in an Instagram post, calling Rocki her “Auntie’s baby” and pointing out the mother-daughter birthday twinning.
Rocki’s birthday also marks another chapter in Rihanna and Rocky’s growing family. The couple welcomed their first son, RZA Athelston Mayers, in May 2022, followed by Riot Rose Mayers in August 2023. Rocki arrived on Sept. 13, 2025, with Rihanna announcing her birth publicly 11 days later. ABC News also confirmed her birth date and identified her as the couple’s third child.
The family has gradually become more comfortable sharing glimpses of their children. Earlier this year, Rihanna and Rocki appeared together on the cover of W Magazine, marking the little girl’s magazine debut. Rocki later appeared alongside her father on a W China cover, giving fans rare images of both parents with their daughter.
Birthday celebrations have also become something of a family tradition. Riot celebrated his third birthday with a Spider-Man-themed party in August, while RZA’s fourth birthday in May included a private celebration at New York’s Sloomoo Institute.
