Saturday’s clash with Alabama certainly had the feel of a magical day in the first half, but after halftime was a completely different story. After Kentucky took a 17-13 lead into the break, the Tide roared back in the second half, scoring 32 unanswered points to come away with a 45-17 victory.
While the defense certainly showed potential, the offense had a nightmarish performance, converting just 1/14 third downs and finishing with just 209 yards of total offense.
