The Week 3 Boudin Bet Slip

As a responsible bettor, I have deployed a strategy to follow to stray away from chasing bets. The structure follows the same principles as our favorite variety of sausage that can be defined in 3 different parts – Meat, Rice, and Casing. Please bet responsibly and eat boudin liberally. All lines were provided by the FanDuel Sportsbook.
The Meat – 1 Unit Picks
The meat represents the main plays I feel more confident in, they are the meaty picks of the weekend.
- Georgia – 25.5
- Georgia is a wagon against inferior competition until proven otherwise
- Florida v. Auburn Under 52.5
- I think defense is the better part of both of these teams, give me the under
- Virginia Tech -3.5
- James Franklin has changed the culture in Blacksburg
The Rice – .5 Unit Picks
Just like Boudin, the rice is the filling that keeps the weekend slate interesting. These are picks I want to love, but have slightly less confidence in.
- Houston +7.5
- Texas Tech is riding the high of last year still, I expect Houston to cover and possibly win outright
- UNC v Clemson U44.5
- We all saw Clemson struggle vs LSU, but their offense somehow looked worse vs Georgia Southern. I like Bill to shut down the Tiger “attack”.
- Marcel Reed Over 1.5 TD Passes
- A&M will only be as successful as Reed can make them this year, they will rely on his arm every game.
- Tennessee -35.5
- Tennessee will control this game with explosive runs and good defense.
- Mississippi St +3.5
- I cannot trust a Kendal Briles led offense yet. I have faith Lebby will lead Kamario and the Fighting Brandon Walkers to a win here, or at least cover the 3 and a hook.
The Casing – .5 Unit Same Game Parlay
The casing is the cherry on top to a good boudin similar to how a nice parlay is the cherry on top to a beautiful fall Saturday.
- SMU +2.5 & Game Total Over 59.5
- This will be a shootout, but I think SMU is the better team
The Mustard – 1 Unit LSU Game Pick
A bright and tangy LSU Gold colored mustard is the perfect condiment for any boudin link.
- Ole Miss Team Total Under 27.5
