Clemson football’s injury report ahead of North Carolina matchup

Clemson quarterback Christopher Vizzina is dealing with an undisclosed issue ahead of Saturday's matchup with North Carolina, but his status suggests he could still be available when the Tigers open ACC play.Vizzina was listed as probable on Thursday's conference availability report. Sadler ruled out following his arrest Tuesday. Sadler received his third speeding citation since August.Sadler was included on UNC's depth chart earlier this week and had started making an impact through the Tar Heels' first two games. He recorded three catches for 66 yards against East Tennessee State last week, bringing his season totals to four receptions and 73 yards.

North Carolina also has some uncertainty on defense. Melkart Abou Jaoude, who has recorded four tackles and a sack this season, is questionable for Saturday's contest. His lone sack came against TCU in Week 0, when he knocked the ball loose from the quarterback.Both teams will be making their ACC debut for the season when they meet Saturday at noon. ESPN will carry the game.
