Florida's injury report following Week 3 win over Auburn

All indications suggest Florida has escaped its first SEC matchup of the season without adding any consequential injuries. The Gators defeated Auburn, 44-39, Saturday night at Jordan-Hare Stadium and there were no notable new medical concerns reported in the immediate aftermath of the victory.

With another important SEC matchup looming this Saturday, that's an encouraging sign for first-year head coach Jon Sumrall.

Florida enters Week 4 preparing to host Ole Miss. Wide receiver Eric Singleton Jr. was ruled out of Saturday's matchup against Auburn because of an ankle injury. The transfer sustained the setback in UF's season opener against Florida Atlantic.

According to Pete Nakos of On3, Singleton dressed and went through warmups Saturday before his game-time ruling. The senior's status for Florida's upcoming game remains one of the biggest questions surrounding the Gators.

Defensive lineman Emmanuel Oyebadejo entered last Saturday as a game-time decision and was ultimately able to suit up. Oyebadejo was a welcome addition to the Gators' front, notching 2.5 sacks against the Tigers after overcoming an ankle injury of his own.

Expect Sumrall to provide additional clarity on Singleton's status and the rest of the Florida roster when he meets with reporters this week.
